1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of 100G Creative Education OÜ ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Student," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

100G Creative Education OÜ provides French language education services including but not limited to:

• Individual and group French language lessons
• Online and offline educational materials
• French language proficiency assessments
• Exam preparation courses
• Cultural education and immersion programs
• Educational consulting and advisory services

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent if under 18)
• Reside in one of our service areas (CIS countries excluding Russia)
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

4. Registration and Account

When you register for our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Payment Terms

Pricing and Fees

• Course fees are clearly stated during enrollment
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required before course commencement unless otherwise agreed

Payment Methods

• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment platforms
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers
• Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods

Refund Policy

• Full refund available within 7 days of course start with less than 2 hours of instruction
• Partial refunds available for unused lessons with 14 days' notice
• Refunds processed within 14 business days
• Administrative fees may apply to refund requests

6. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled lessons punctually and prepared
• Complete assigned homework and exercises
• Treat instructors and other students with respect
• Provide feedback on courses and instruction when requested
• Comply with our code of conduct and learning policies
• Use course materials only for personal educational purposes

7. Scheduling and Cancellation

Lesson Scheduling

• Lessons are scheduled based on mutual availability
• Schedule changes require at least 24 hours' notice
• Emergency cancellations will be accommodated when possible

Cancellation Policy

• Students may cancel lessons with 24 hours' notice without penalty
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in lesson forfeit
• No-shows will be charged as completed lessons
• Makeup lessons available for instructor cancellations

8. Intellectual Property

Our Content

• All course materials, curricula, and content are our intellectual property
• Students receive limited license for personal educational use only
• Sharing, copying, or distributing materials is prohibited
• Recording of lessons requires explicit permission

Student Content

• You retain ownership of your original work and assignments
• We may use anonymous student work for educational improvement
• Assessment results may be used for program evaluation

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Code of Conduct

All students and instructors must:

• Maintain respectful and professional behavior
• Avoid discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate conduct
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Report any violations to management
• Participate constructively in the learning environment

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but:

• Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
• Advance notice will be provided when possible
• Makeup sessions will be offered for technical disruptions

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Students use our services at their own risk
• We make no guarantees about specific learning outcomes

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 100G Creative Education OÜ, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

By You

• You may terminate services with written notice
• Refunds subject to our refund policy
• Access to materials may be revoked upon termination

By Us

• We may terminate services for violation of these Terms
• Non-payment may result in service suspension
• Appropriate notice will be provided when possible

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be:

• First addressed through good faith negotiations
• Subject to mediation if direct resolution fails
• Governed by Estonian law and EU regulations
• Resolved in Estonian courts if legal action is necessary

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by:

• Posting updated Terms on our website
• Notifying active students via email
• Providing 30 days' notice for material changes
• Continuing use constitutes acceptance of new Terms

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific course agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and 100G Creative Education OÜ regarding our services.
